MORRISVILLE, N.C., May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Triangle Factory Shops, a manufacturers' outlet center owned and operated by Baltimore-based Prime Retail (Nasdaq: PRME, PRMEP), announced today that it will welcome OFF 5TH - Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet as its newest merchant. The official announcement was made during the "unveiling" of OFF 5TH's storefront at Triangle Factory Shops. OFF 5TH signed its lease with Prime Retail in April 1996. Triangle Factory Shops' 20,000-square-foot OFF 5TH - Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet is scheduled to open to the public in late Summer 1996 and will be the first OFF 5TH in the state of North Carolina.
