Florida is one of the two top growing states in the USA. The other being California however with many challenges, California growth rate has slowed and Florida continues to surge as baby boomers begin to retire and move south.

Folks like Trump have a number of current projects in Florida. They see the potential. Other New York real estate firms are also showing a strong presence in Florida. The latest being Corcoran Group.

Miami continues to build sky high as many Venezuelan's are leaving Higo Chavez's socialistic regime.

This is all just in south Florida. Does not even include the high end lifestlye of the Palm beaches, Naples and Jupiter. Matter of fact whethyer you talk about Daytona Beach or Orlando or Tampa or a dozen other cities, they are all recognizeable and Fun is the first thing that comes to mind. By the way, did I even mention Key West? Jacksonville? Tallahassee?
