Kelly Blatz as Aaron Stone/Charlie Landers: The protagonist, who assumes the role of his video-game character in order to protect his family. His real-life Hero Rising avatar secret identity is Aaron Stone.
David Lambert as Jason Landers/Terminus Max: Charlies 14-year-old younger brother, who, like Charlie, is an enthusiastic Internet-game player. He appears in the game as Terminus Max, a giant golden robot who is his brothers ally. Jason has no idea his brother Charlie is a secret real life world crime-fighting hero: Aaron Stone.
J. P. Manoux as S.T.A.N.: Charlies android sidekick. His name is said to be an acronym of, Sentient Tactical Assisting Neo-human. Stan is ruled by Asimovs laws of robotics: He must not harm humans or allow humans to be harmed, and he must obey orders. Stans lock-down mode is androids memory circuits turned into traveling cargo.
Tania Gunadi as Emma Lau/Dark Tamara: A computer-savvy tomboy who is Charlies next door neighbor. She knows of Charlies double identity and works for Mr.Hall to battle the Omega Defiance. In the episode, Not So Friendly Skies, Part 1, it is shown that she is very proficient in hacking, as she accesses Vas and Rams Webcam in Kolkata after hacking Charlies laptop. In, Not So Friendly Skies, Part 2, it is revealed that Emma has been working for Mr. Hall all along spying on Charlie, and supplying him with his weapons & gadget supplies. It is also shown that she is a, drummer chick, and is aggressive. Emma is an inventor of Charlies gadget equipments: his gauntlet, utility belt, headset etc., is 2nd degree black belt weapons specialist. Emma has her own S.S.J.. As Dr. Mara is Aaron Stones equipment supplier. It is later revealed that she used to work for Zefir before working for Mr. Hall.
Shauna MacDonald as Amanda Landers: Charlie & Jasons mother & Vice President of HALL Industries.

Martin Roach as T. Abner Hall: The President of HALL Industries and maker of the game Hero Rising. He is Charlies mentor and assumed to be Stans creator.
Jacob Kraemer as Baxley: A member of the school basketball team and Charlies friend.
Dillon Casey as Dax: Math Genius Kronis son is a member of Omega Defiance.
Italia Ricci as Chase Ravenwood: Charlies classmate and love interest. She is obsessed into comic books. She maybe works for Omega Defiance just like her Mom.
Anthony J. Mifsud as Dr. Necros: A member of the organization, Omega Defiance. He is a mad scientist whose body was enhanced by genetic engineering. His name is derived from a Greek term meaning, death.
Steven Yaffee as Xero: A member of the Omega Defiance who is skilled in handling computers, but incapable of adequate social relations. Xero is an owner of Xero Industries.
Vasanth Saranga as Vas Mehta: The brother of Ramdas. Vas Hero Rising video game avatar is Vesuvius from Kolkata, India.
Jesse Rath as Ramdas, Ram, Mehta: The brother of Vas. Rams Hero Rising video game avatar is Lotus from Kolkata, India.
John MacDonald as Dark Owl: Charlie & Jasons dad: Mr. Landers who works for Mr. Hall. Charlie’s dad bought a video game Console with Hero Rising for his older son: Charlie to allow him to play in his room. It is strange that either is he will later appear in the series.

Rob Ramsay as Precy Budnick: A large bully who has a crush on Emma.
Ho Chow as Souljacker: A member of the Omega Defiance who has mastered fighting with two thin pipes that act like boomerangs. He is Dr. Necros assistant.

Jeanne Goosen as Arkov: She works for Dr. Helix & the Omega Defiance.
Asimov: A robotic technologist for androids like S.T.A.N. who works for Mr. Hall.
