People magazine reported Cyrus was dating fellow teen pop star Nick Jonas of Jonas Brothers’ fame, who guest-starred on “Hannah Montana” and toured with Cyrus. The New York Times interviewed J-14 magazine editor Janet Giovanelli regarding the rumors, which she declared preposterous. In response to the rumors, CosmoGirl magazine released a statement declaring Cyrus “an intelligent, respectable role model for young girls.”

Currently Cyrus is filming the feature film version of the “Hannah Montana” TV show. Her “grown-up” album “Breakout” hit stores July 22. Cyrus wrote all but two songs on this album. In a Billboard magazine interview Cyrus said of the Vanity Fair magazine photos, “I don’t think people will look at me any differently, because they’re like, ‘You know what, I’m going to do stupid stuff too, and I’m going to make mistakes, and that’s fine.”

First it said that Hollywood’s top -10 teenage stars earned an amazing $107 million dollars between June 1st 2007 and June 1st 2008 between the 10 of them.

It also went on to say the two biggest earners of the previous year were….drum roll please……….

1. “Hannah Montana” – aka Miley Cyrus (no surprise there) 2. “Harry Potter” – aka Daniel Radcliffe

These two young stars are only 15 and 19 years old and they each pulled in an amazing $25 million each over the last year.

The Harry Potter film franchise has pulled in a staggering 4.5 billion dollars during its run. That’s incredible.

Miley Cyrus’s tour pulled in a whopping $70 million alone.
