Jennette McCurdy
Jennette McCurdy stars as Sam on Nickelodeon's "iCarly." As Carly's best friend, Sam is constantly getting herself into trouble and spends a lot of time in the principal's office.� But Carly loves that Sam in unpredictable, crazy, fun, and most of all, a good friend whos's there for Carly no matter what.
Jennette McCurdy has guest starred on television series such as "Malcolm in the Middle," "Zoey 101," "Judging Amy," "Will & Grace," "Strong Medicine," "Medium," and "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit."
Jennette McCurdy has appeared in TV and feature films including, "The Last Day of Summer" and "Proving Ground: From the Adventures of Captain Redlocks," and "Hollywood Homicide."
Jennette McCurdy enjoys many activities including dance, karate, ice skating, piano, cooking, reading, writing, and watching movies.
Jennette McCurdy's other talents and skills include roller blading, skateboarding, singing, baseball, basketball, and trampoline.

The 17-year-old singer/actress blogged on her official site about the meeting. She shared, “On Saturday morning, I had another writing session (and let me just tell you, every session has been spent with incredibly gracious, warm, welcoming, and talented people), and then I went with the Capitol family to the Keith Urban concert at the Sommet Center! Sugarland performed, and they were SPLENDID! Very unique, inventive, and cool performers. As for Keith Urban… well, he was mind-blowing!!! I don’t think I could ever get enough of his concerts. The goodness of his soul just shines through in every song. He gives SO MUCH LOVE and so much of himself to his audience. It’s intriguing to watch and compelling to feel. I saw him backstage before the concert, and seeing that one-of-a-kind smile and soulful eyes just filled me with hopes of being half as good as him someday - not only as a performer, but as a human being.”
Jennette continued, “He was just phenomenal. Just phenomenal. I wish I could properly convey how phenomenal he is, but it is not humanly possible in my Monday blog. To describe his phenomenal-ness is the kind of endeavor that would take a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday blog combined together into one jumbo-blog. Okay, you get the picture. Moving on…being here in the City of Music has been inspiring beyond all else, and I am elated to be able to share all this inspiration and excitement with you guys.”

In addition to her acting ambitions, Jennette enjoys many activities including dance, karate, ice skating, piano, cooking, reading, writing, and watching movies. Her other talents and skills include roller blading, skateboarding, singing, baseball, basketball, and trampoline. She hopes to someday graduate from film school and dreams of turning her own screenplays into movies. She loves performing in front of the camera and is equally fascinated by the many aspects of production that take place behind-the-scenes.
She has three older brothers named Marcus, Dustin and Scott. She has three dogs (Snoopy, Chewie and Musashi) and two turtles (Tootsen and Zeus). She is friends with Courtney Jines, Holliston Coleman, Bobby Coleman and Caitlin E.J. Meyer. She was inspired to become an actress by Harrison Ford after watching Star Wars (1977). She was fortunate enough to be able to act alongside her idol in Hollywood Homicide (2003).
Collects stuffed animals, hats, books and crafts. Loves to read and write poetry and screenplays.
